Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Erisai ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Aida Creative Lab, Surabaya, Indonesia.

2. The service

Erisai is a personal finance tracking application. You use it to record your own transactions, manage your own accounts, and view summaries of your own financial activity. Erisai is a tool — not a bank, not a payment processor, not a financial advisor, and not a tax professional.

3. Your account

• You sign in to Erisai using your Google account.
• You're responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure. If someone else gains access to your Google account, they may also gain access to your Erisai data.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Erisai. Erisai is intended for adults and is not directed at children. Under Indonesian rules a person under 18 and unmarried is a child, and a child may only use Erisai with the verified consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• One account per person. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

4. Your data is yours

Anything you enter into Erisai — transactions, account balances, categories, notes, attachments — remains your property. We don't claim ownership over it, we don't use it to train AI, and we don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else for their own purposes. We do rely on trusted service providers — such as our cloud hosting provider — to store, sync, and operate the App on our behalf; our Privacy Policy explains exactly how.

You can export everything as JSON at any time, and you can delete everything at any time. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

When using Erisai, you agree NOT to:

• Use it for any illegal purpose, including tax evasion, money laundering, or financial fraud.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Use the App to impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Interfere with the App's operation, including by attempting denial-of-service attacks, injecting malware, or exploiting security vulnerabilities for any purpose other than responsible disclosure to us.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Erisai offers a free tier and may offer paid subscription tiers ("Erisai Pro," "Erisai Lifetime," etc.). Pricing for paid tiers is shown in the App at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are sold through our website only — Erisai is not currently available on Apple's App Store or Google Play.

• Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel from your Erisai account settings.
• For refund requests, contact erisai.app@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

7. Disclaimers

Erisai is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected. While we work hard to keep Erisai reliable and your data safe, you should keep your own backups (Erisai makes this easy via the Export feature in Backup & restore).

Erisai is not financial advice. The summaries, charts, and projections you see in Erisai are based only on the data you enter, and they are for personal informational purposes only. For financial planning, tax preparation, or investment decisions, consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aida Creative Lab and its principals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from or related to your use of Erisai, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Erisai is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or (b) US$50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aida Creative Lab from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using Erisai at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that puts other users or our infrastructure at risk. In most cases we'll try to give you notice before doing so.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we'll notify you inside the App. Continued use of Erisai after the update means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surabaya, East Java.
